Zoning amendment to allow:

  • The existing 3-storey building fronting Horton Street with 53 units, and 105 beds,
  • One new dormitory building with a height of 16-storeys, 156 units with a total of 191 beds
  • The proposed development will contain a total of 209 units, 296 beds with a density of 389 units per hectare
